And even if Balwant Singh is going down it would be again the Religious and Spritual Leaders particularly the sikhs will be responsible for the bloodshed, in this case what I see is the Political leaders are avoiding a conflict and riot like situation by delaying the death sentence. your aticle is biased, and a biased view is not appreciated.
