The best thing to do is to head for private parties at farmhouses on the outskirts, these can be really fun. You have to know the right people though, both for your safety and to know whether you would enjoy it or not. Otherwise you could always visit Bombay, the places here are open till 1 in the morning at least, the upsacel ones being open till 3 or 4 AM. Yeah Bangalore Sucks right now. I don't agree with the hunger strikes to generate attention plan but I do appreciate that it is a tradition here. Plan B seems to be in progress so fingers crossed things change and don't worsen with the bans. @Mark - to be honest it depends on budget and your tastes. My favourite clubs in town all serve food and 2 of the 3 have a $60 / Rs. 3,000 cover charge and are very upscale with strict dress codes. I really have a hard time believing that someone would deliberately hurt me for sharing the truth or my personal account of MY experiences. You might be right but I hope not...
