the picture speaks a thousand words :

one for papa bear, one for mamma bear and one for the baby bear.

i like irregular shaped chapatis, it shows an individualism, a personality...i bet with the right amount of bullshitness we will soon have someone who will claim to be able to read your destiny with the shapes you create..

who wants round when you have the rest of the shapes to play with?

and secondly...there is no perfect chapati..a chapati is only perfect because of the love and effort that goes into making it!

When first time my prospective wife met my mother, My mother asked 2 (two) questions a:- CAN YOU COOK and b: CAN YOU DRIVE . At this stage i didnot know what were her reasions, but now i understand after moving six sizes up in clothes, and this was in UK.

Making chapatti is skills many indian housewife's even don't have, it's pure telent even i dont possess, and it can be said about one of my sister and a sister-in-law as well. This is not a urban mayth but it's a fact.

As long as you like your chappati and you are happy with, it doesn't matter what other think and says, if it taste ok to you, then that's all it matters.
It looks ok to me and i've eaten plenty thus a fat dude. Keep practising and you will get it right one day. HARRY
