Taste of Dubai, the region’s favourite restaurant and music festival, will be held at the Dubai Media City Amphitheatre on March 3-5 2011.
The event offers themed bars, a line-up of celebrity chefs, live cooking demonstrations and more. The music side of the event will give visitors Elton John and Robbie Williams tributes, along with local bands and radio DJs in the house.

Raman Sobti started his career in 1999 at the Vasant Continental 5* Hotel in New Delhi, where he worked for 3 years learning the basics of the trade. He continued to work in five-star hotels such as the Intercontinental, New Delhi and The DLF Golf Course Resort before joining the Madinat Jumeirah Hotel, Dubai in 2006. In 2007 he joined the prestigious AI Hambra Team. For three years he held the position of Junior Sous Chef before promoted to Spus Chef In charge of daily operations.
