I am Shireen Sequeira a Mangalorean living in Mumbai. My blog Ruchik Randhap means 'Delicious Cooking' in Konkani my mother tongue and one of the local languages of a coastal town of Karnataka - Mangalore.

My blog aims to record all my tried and tested recipes, especially traditional Mangalorean food with a focus on Catholic cuisine. This is my humble attempt to keep our culinary tradition and heritage alive for the generations to come.
