Shireen Sequeira

I am Shireen Sequeira a Mangalorean living in Mumbai. My blog Ruchik Randhap means 'Delicious Cooking' in Konkani my mother tongue and one of the local languages of a coastal town of Karnataka - Mangalore.

My blog aims to record all my tried and tested recipes, especially traditional Mangalorean food with a focus on Catholic cuisine. This is my humble attempt to keep our culinary tradition and heritage alive for the generations to come. My recipes are a collection of traditional Mangalorean, Indian & global recipes with lots of easy to make breakfast recipes, desserts, cakes and bakes. Hope you enjoy them.
